Our first date took place one spring night at Barcelona Wine Bar in Boston. The intimate atmosphere, delicious Spanish tapas and great wine created the perfect setting for us to get to know what we were looking for in a partner. It was the first time we had met each other in person but we talked as if we had known each other for an eternity.

Our first kiss was a moment we would never forget. The kiss was gentle yet electric, a promise of a love that would only grow stronger with each passing day. From that moment on, we knew that nothing could ever come between us. Our first kiss was a turning point, a moment that marked the beginning of a beautiful and enduring love story, forever etched in our memories.

A shared love for traveling was a significant bond in our relationship. Early on, we went on frequent trips, exploring destinations such as Bermuda, France, Spain, Switzerland, Florida, New York, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington, DC. We captured so many beautiful memories on our trips that will last a lifetime and we can’t wait to share them with you.

When we decided to become more serious with our relationship, we both introduced our families to each other. Although it was very nerve-wracking at first, our families quickly warmed up to each other and we both became at ease. By the end of the night, our families were sharing stories, drinks and laughter together. They even bonded over karaoke and were all looking forward to the next family meeting.

On a perfect summer evening of June 20, 2022, with the support of loved ones, our proposal took place in a charming Newport, RI backyard. We were surrounded by a quaint wooden fence and the picturesque, rustic vista of an idyllic farm. A beautifully decorated arch, adorned with flowers and drapes displayed the life changing question, “Will you marry me?” and that was the beginning of our happily ever after.
